Purpose

To log steps taken along the way in the creation of the data portal project.

Notes

  • all the work be done in a directory on their data disks
  • below that we will have a docroot for the website.  
  • Above will be various data and bin dirs.  
  • That way it can all be self contained and relatively easy to move around.
