created 3 users: kchan - administrator kchan_test - IEM, FAN kchan_test2 - FAN, NEES
create content added, users can create new "projects" content.
- when adding new project, users can choose which group to post under, and post visibility (private to group, or public)
todo:
- check on organic groups, make sure each network has its own group
- fix group visibility (even when private, visible to public)
- add content under network page defaults to private under group ???
