ICESS Website Migrations

Tasked Students in 2010(?) with starting to inventory sites and such below the http://www.icess.ucsb.edu tree and see what would be involved in migrating content or whole sites to other hosting. Looking at this much later (2015-07), I see a couple similar looking pages.
