Summary of changes:
1/11 created 3 users: kchan - administrator kchan_test - IEM, FAN kchan_test2 - FAN, NEES
create content added, users can create new "projects" content.
- when adding new project, users can choose which group to post under, and post visibility (private to group, or public)

- deleted test users, and created a few more:
- fan1 - regular user in french accelerometric network group
- fannet - admin in french accelerometric network group
- iemfan - regular user subscribed to both fan and iem
- iem - regular user in iem
- iemnet - admin in iem
currently:
- projects are "private": visible only to registered users
- OP/admin can delete the project post
- project posted to 1 network max
- after project posted, can be edited by anyone in network
remember:
- admin menus only way to add membership to group
- when registering members, you can specify which group they should be in, but admin still needs to "approve" (pending > active)
