Introduction

Employing students starts with the GauchoLink system. Instructions are below.

1. Go to http://ucsb-csm.symplicity.com/employers and enter your username/password
2. Click on the "jobs & internships" tab at the top of the page
3. Click the "Add New" button to access the job form
4. Once you have completed the required fields, click "Submit" and your job or internship will be posted within 1-2 business days pending approval (NOTE: providing detailed job descriptions will increase student response)
